AIFunnel is operated by Bear Chain LTD, a company registered in Israel. We provide AI-powered communication services including voice agents, chat automation, email automation, and calendar scheduling. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our platform.
We collect the following categories of data: • Account data: name, email address, company name, billing information. • Usage data: interactions with our platform, feature usage, session logs. • Communication data: call recordings, transcripts, chat logs, and emails processed through our AI systems on your behalf. • Lead data: contact information of end-users that your business submits to or collects via our platform. • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies.
We use your data to: (a) deliver and improve the Service; (b) process and automate communications on your behalf; (c) provide customer support; (d) send you product updates and relevant communications (you may opt out at any time); (e) comply with legal obligations; (f) detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
Our platform uses AI models to process voice, text, and email communications. Call recordings and transcripts may be processed to improve AI accuracy. We do not sell call content to third parties. You are responsible for informing end-users that they are interacting with an AI and for obtaining any legally required consent (e.g., call recording consent).
For users in the European Economic Area, we process personal data under the following legal bases: contract performance (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (improving the platform, fraud prevention), consent (for marketing communications), and legal obligation (compliance with applicable law).
We do not sell your data. We may share data with: (a) sub-processors who help us deliver the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure, telephony providers), all bound by data processing agreements; (b) legal authorities when required by law; (c) business successors in the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice.
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default unless a different policy is configured in your account. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting privacy@aifunnel.ai.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent. We use essential cookies to operate the platform and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
