By accessing or using AIFunnel's AI-powered services — including AI voice agents, chat automation, email automation, and calendar booking tools (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
AIFunnel provides businesses with AI-driven communication automation, including but not limited to: outbound and inbound AI voice calls, AI chat (web, WhatsApp, Telegram), automated email outreach, smart calendar scheduling, lead qualification, and CRM integration. The Service is provided as a subscription ("SaaS") and may be updated at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the entity you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you have obtained all necessary consents to use the Service in connection with your business.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) send unsolicited communications to individuals who have not consented; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the AI models or platform infrastructure. AIFunnel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You acknowledge that the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate voice, text, and email communications on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all AI-generated communications comply with applicable telemarketing, spam, and data protection laws (including TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and equivalents). AIFunnel is not liable for regulatory penalties arising from your use of the Service.
By using the voice and communication features, you agree to obtain all legally required consents from the individuals contacted (e.g., consent to record calls where required by law). You are responsible for complying with local recording laws. AIFunnel may process call data to improve service quality in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed at sign-up. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. AIFunnel reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Enterprise pricing is subject to a separate agreement.
All AI models, software, designs, and content comprising the Service are owned by Bear Chain LTD or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIFunnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. AIFunnel may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
